Mom click the Start button. The start button. It's in the lower left hand corner of your screen. Start. Did a menu come up? It's what happens when you click start. No don't click start again. Ok is the menu gone? Click start. START. Ok, now click Control Panel. Control panel. It's in the start menu. No don't click start again. You lost the back button? Why were you looking for the back button? *sigh* Click start. START. Hang on I'll be right over.
